At Chloé Cosmetics, we aim to provide customers with the most enjoyable shopping experience, believing our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. 1. Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (“Client”) with Chloé Cosmetics on our sites, mobile website, or via telephone. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms”). Please ensure you’ve read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
2. Prices and Delivery Charges
Prices displayed or charged do not include the delivery charge. The delivery charge will be calculated upon request, irrespective of the size or weight of your order. If we can’t deliver your order in full and need to make multiple deliveries, an additional charge for subsequent deliveries will apply. Worldwide shipping is available, but please note that charges for duties, taxes, and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to the delivery and are the responsibility of the Client.
3. Ordering
Ordering options available through social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), telephone, or walk-ins. Upon placing your order and supplying your email address, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If, for any reason, we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll notify you promptly.
4. Delivery
Garments are specially designed to fit the client. We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 weeks following order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Please allow an extra working day for deliveries, depending on the delivery location. You’ll receive an email confirmation with expected delivery details. Garment shipping (outside Gauteng) is confirmed only after receiving full payment. Check your order status directly on any of our contact platforms.
5. Withdrawal of Orders
Orders can be canceled or withdrawn only within the specified timeframe and communicated to us via the following email address: chloecosmeticssa@gmail.com, or contact us directly on 0815202915. Note that orders are processed strictly within 24 hours, and after this period, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified. If we’ve received full payment and cancellation is attempted, we’ll aim to refund 50% of the amount within 24 hours. For alternative arrangements or deposit/holding fee refund, a representative will contact you.
6. Returns & Exchange
Chloé Cosmetics guarantees a full refund of returned items according to sections 3 and 5 (Ordering and Withdrawal of Order). Items must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt. More detailed return process information is available on the delivery note and in our Return Policy. We’ll strive to accommodate exchange requests, but due to limited inventory, exchanges are subject to availability and may take up to a month. Contact chloecosmeticssa@gmail.com for assistance. All customized orders cannot be returned.
7. Guarantee
If there are defects in the items you have purchased, Chloe Cosmetics abides by fixing damages noticed inside the store. If you have a complaint regarding the material please note we do not have a guarantee as we are supplied. Manufacturing faults in items that we have supplied included damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us.
8. Privacy Policy
Chloé Cosmetics is responsible for processing all personal data collected through our contact platforms. We respect your privacy and outline the processing of personal data collected via social media platforms in our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected may include name, address, contact, and other information entered into provided forms. We may also collect certain personal data from external sources such as credit information and address updates.
9. Purposes
Chloé Cosmetics uses your information to process orders quickly and efficiently and to inform you about Chloé Cosmetics and its products. Information will not be shared with third parties unless authorized by us to handle your order.

The transfer, storage, and processing of personal data collected through our media platforms are protected using current security techniques.
